LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rallure assumes responsibility for the descriptions of the products presented.

Rallure makes every effort to minimize the possible errors that may arise from the electronic or manual editing of the information presented in www.rallure.ro content.

Rallure specifies that the images of the products are of an unusual nature, and the delivered products may differ from the images in any way, due to the modification of the features, desing without prior notification. 

Rallure reserves the right to complete and / or modify any information on www.rallure.ro.

Rallure is not responsible for the damages created as a result of the complete or partial malfunction of www.rallure.ro, as well as those resulting from the impossibility of accessing certain advertising links on www.rallure.ro. 

At the same time, Rallure is not responsible for the content and / or the quality of other sites that can be reached through various links with Rallure.

For the respective sites, the owners of the site in question bear full responsibility.

By accessing www.rallure.ro, the user is responsible for all the operations performed by accessing the account and personal password.

Rallure reserves the right not to respond to all requests received from consumers by means of distance communication.

The consumer must complete the order form correctly, in full and communicate it to Rallure.

 

PRODUCTS

Rallure will be able to publish on www.rallure.ro information about products and / or promotions practiced by it or by any third party with which it has concluded contracts in this regard, within a certain period and within the limit of the available stock.

Payment of the ordered products can be made in advance or at the delivery of the products by the courier (rambus). Payment of the products can be made through: - credit card - Bank transfer - directly to the courier In certain situations, Rallure reserves the right to request payment of the price in advance. The purchase price of the products is the one from the moment of issuing the order, within the limit of the available stock. Rallure does not request and does not store information regarding the Client's card. Rallure reserves the right to contact the Customer by any means, to complete the order, in the following situations: - the bank issuing the Client's card does not accept the payment; - the card processor does not validate the transaction by bank card for various reasons; - to confirm the order, respectively the availability of the ordered products within 48 hours from placing the order.

 

PRODUCT DELIVERY

The products will be delivered through fast courier companies within 1 to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation. Rallure can confirm the orders before their honor by contacting the Customers.


SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION

The personal data entered by the User / Client will be used by Rallure only for the stated purpose of this www.rallure.ro.

The information requested in the order form is useful for confirming orders, delivering ordered products, announcing promotions in progress, etc., and in no case will be provided to a third party, except in the cases provided by law.


PRODUCT RETURN

The consumer can request the return of the products in the following situations:

- The product has incorrectly ordered sizes. The customer may request its return for replacement, and if the product is no longer in stock, he may opt for replacement with another product or the full refund of the value. 

If the replacement with a higher value product is agreed, the Customer will pay the difference, respectively if the value is lower, he will receive a partial refund up to the value of the replacement product. Return and transport costs for the replacement product, if any, are borne by the Customer.

- The product was delivered incorrectly. In these conditions the Customer will immediately signal this to Rallure and will refuse the receipt of the order presenting the proof of the delivery error as compared to the original order.

The product will be returned only if it is in perfect condition, in the original packaging, with all internal and external labels, metallic branding plate, price tag with the unaltered seal, with the related accessories. 

To return the products must be repackaged. Otherwise, if the products are not packaged properly and / or are not in perfect conditions, they can be reshipped to the Customer, without reimbursement of the value of the product or its replacement.

Products must be returned by courier quickly. Under no circumstances are returns accepted through the service offered by the Romanian Post or by other means. The return of the products will be done at the Customer's expense.

The returned product must be accompanied by the copy after the invoice, and the return form completed by the Customer.


The product was delivered incorrectly. In these conditions the Customer will immediately signal this to Rallure and will refuse the receipt of the order presenting the proof of the delivery error as compared to the original order.

The product will be returned only if it is in perfect condition, in the original packaging, with all internal and external labels, metallic branding plate, price tag with the unaltered seal, with the related accessories.

Rallure will refund the value of the products within a maximum of 30 days from the date of termination of the contract by the Customer, without asking him the expenses related to the reimbursement of the amounts. 

The refunded amount does not include transportation costs.

Orders that have been picked up from the stores or have been transported by Rallure directly to the Customers through their own staff are not considered as distance trading, but sale through specialized stores, as they can be viewed, verified and accepted personally, as appropriate for the purpose and Customer needs.

The refund of the value of the product will be made within a maximum of 30 days after the return. The return of the money or, as the case may be, the replacement of the products without penalties and without invoking a reason, can be done under the following conditions:

- the product is returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered (with the original packaging, with the labels intact, the seal intact, if applicable, the documents that accompanied it, without traces that the product was used);

- the product must be returned sealed, repacked;

- the products must be returned only by fast courier.


As such, the Customer cannot return the purchased products and / or cannot claim any damages / interests, in the following situations:

- when it is desired by the Customer to replace the purchased product with another product with other specifications or of a different type;

- the request for the return of the product by giving up the purchase is made with the exceeding of the period of 10 working days from the receipt of the product;

- the product is not returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered (with the original packaging, with the labels intact, the seal intact, if applicable, the documents that accompanied it, without traces that the product was used);


The product that is wanted to be returned is part of the category of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned being made according to the customer's specifications / measures. In case of replacing the product with an identical one the replacement will be done under the conditions and limits of a normal order. The client has the right to opt for only one time for the return / replacement of a product under the conditions of art. 4 paragraph 1 letter b) from O.G. 130/2000 regarding the protection of consumers at the conclusion and execution of the distance contracts. In all cases of return / replacement of the products as a result of giving up the purchase, the costs of return / replacement are borne by the Customer. Repealing the purchase repeatedly may be considered an abuse. The client declares that he has become aware and agrees with all the above, including the processing of personal data. Acceptance of these terms and conditions gives rise to a genuine contract between the parties, applying the provisions of the Civil Code. 3D SECURE 3D Secure means a new global approach to authenticating buyers and sellers in secure Internet transactions. This security measure involves the redirection of the user when making the payment on a secure page where the registration of each card holder is made by assigning an authorization code for each online transaction. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV / CV2 codes) The data of the payment card of the Customer / User / Buyer will not be accessible nor will they be stored by www.rallure.ro, but only by the institution of authorization of the Transaction or another entity authorized to provide data storage services. card, about whose identity the Customer / User / Buyer will be informed, prior to entering the data.
